Derrick Rose’s star continues to rise. It’s one thing to get cheered in your own building, but it’s a different kind of praise when opposing crowds chant M-V-P as you drop 32 points on their home team.

That’s exactly what happened to Rose on Wednesday night when the Bulls traveled to Los Angeles and beat the Clippers 106-88.

Not only is the Staples Center the home of the Clipper and Lakers, but it will also be the host for the 2011 NBA All-Star game where Rose will be the starting point guard for the Eastern Conference.
