Spring Forward: Daylight Savings Time Begins Sunday

CHICAGO (CBS) - We may be losing an hour of sleep tonight, but we'll gain an hour of sunlight for the next few months.

Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m., so remember to move your clocks ahead one hour before going to bed tonight.

In addition, it's recommended that you change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
