At Least 3 Dead In Overnight Shootings

CHICAGO (CBS) - At least three people died in overnight shootings in Chicago.

Michael Lee, 23, was shot while sitting in his vehicle Saturday night in the 5500 block of South King Drive. He was pronounced dead at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County at 11:44 p.m.

Early Sunday, Jesus Arellanos, 20, was shot in the alley behind his house on the 2400 block of West 45th Street. He was pronounced dead at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County at 1:57 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

In another incident, Christopher Young, 18, was standing on sidewalk on the 400 block of West 79th Street when shots rang out and he was struck. He was pronounced dead on the scene at 2:40 a.m.

Police are looking into the possibility that it may have been a drive-by shooting.

No one is in custody in any of the shootings.
