HAMPSHIRE, Ill. (CBS) — A small pickup truck rolled over Wednesday morning on I-90 in the far northwest suburbs, prompting authorities to close a lane on the westbound side.

As CBS 2’s Kris Habermehl reports, the pickup truck flipped over alongside the westbound lanes sometime before 6 a.m.

Local fire crews from Huntley were sent to the scene with extrication gear, and had to peel the roof back to get the driver out. The driver was taken to an area hospital in an unknown condition.

The east side of Interstate 90, was open and clear, but the west side saw delays starting at Route 20.
