New Wrigley Bleacher Deals, $1 Hot Dogs And $3 Beers
CHICAGO (CBS) It's no secret that Wrigley Field has had significantly more empty seats this season than it has in past seasons. In an effort to entice fans to come to games, the Cubs have announced some weekday deals for fans in the bleachers.
The team's new Bud Light Bleacher Series will include deals for a free t-shirt, $1 hot dogs and $3 beers.
Starting on May 30, fans sitting in the bleachers will receive a Cubs t-shirt at each Monday home game for the rest of the season. The first shirt will be the "PASS10N" t-shirt created by Cubs players to honor the late Ron Santo.
Every Tuesday, starting May 10 agaisnt the St. Louis Cardinals, fans 21 years of age and older will be able to purchase $3 Budweiser products at specific bleacher concession stands.
And starting on May 11, fans in the bleachers will be able to buy Vienna Beef Hot Dogs for just $1 at specific bleacher concession stands during every Wednesday game.
These deals are only for fans seated in the bleachers.
The Cubs recently wrapped up a nine-game home stand and will return to Wrigley Field on May 6, just a few days before the team's new weekday deals will start.
