Noah Earns NBA All-Defensive Second Team Honors

CHICAGO (CBS) Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah has been named to the NBA's All-Defensive Second Team, the league announced on Monday.

In 48 games this season, Noah averaged 11.7 points, 1.5 blocks and 10.4 rebounds per game. He received three First Team votes and nine Second Team votes.

The First Team was made up of Dwight Howard (center), Rajon Rondo (guard), LeBron James (forward), Kobe Bryant (guard) and Kevin Garnett (forward).

The second team includes Tony Allen (guard), Chris Paul (guard), Tyson Chandler (center), Andre Iguodala (guard) and Noah.

Other Bulls receiving votes were Derrick Rose, Luol Deng, Keith Bogans and Ronnie Brewer.

Chandler played for the Bulls from 2001-06.
