Man Missing From SW Side Hospital

CHICAGO (STMW) - A 51-year-old man, who previously received psychiatric treatment, went missing Sunday from a hospital on the Southwest Side.

Zygmunt Kustra, 51, was last seen Sunday at Holy Cross Hospital, 2801 W. 68th Street, according to an alert from Belmont Area detectives.

Kustra is described as a Causcasian, 5-foot-11 and 165 pounds with brown eyes, brown hair and a light complexion, the alert said. Several of his front teeth are missing.

He has received psychiatric treatment in the past and is sometimes confused and disoriented, according to the alert.

Kustra was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and tan pants, the alert said.

He was previously reported missing and was found at a relative's house in 3000 block of North Neva Avenue, the alert said.
