Police say Young hid in a stall of the women’s restroom and emerged wearing only boxer shorts as a 35-year-old woman was washing her hands at a sink. Young grabbed the woman by her head and slammed her to the floor. When another woman in the restroom appeared from a different bathroom stall, the suspect got dressed and fled.
