Man Tried To Lure Teen Girl Into Car On NW Side
CHICAGO (STMW) - Police are looking for a man accused of trying to lure a 15-year-old girl into his car Monday evening on the Northwest Side.
It happened about 7:45 p.m. in the 2200 block of North Karlov Avenue, according to a community alert from Grand Central Area detectives.
A white man between 50 and 60 gestured to a 15-year-old girl for her to approach his vehicle. She instead called 911 and the man drove away, the alert said.
The man had gray hair and was wearing a green hat. He was driving a dark gray Dodge sedan with a spoiler on the rear, the alert said.
