(CBS) Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville told reporters Thursday that Dave Bolland will not play tonight in Columbus, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Bolland was hit with a puck in his right leg Tuesday night in St. Louis and did not practice Wednesday or participate in Thursday’s morning skate.

Marcus Kruger will move up a line and work with Bryan Bickell and Michael Frolik.

Quenneville was unsure if Bolland would return Friday against the Calgary Flames at the United Center, but did not rule it out.

Corey Crawford will start in goal tonight.
