Boy, 15, Shot Dead In Englewood
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police are searching for a gunman who shot and killed a 15-year-old boy Wednesday night in the Englewood neighborhood.
The shooting happened at 8:11 p.m. on a porch in the 5700 block of South Laflin Street, police said.
The boy, Mark Watts, 15, of the 2700 block of South Indiana Avenue, was pronounced dead at an unidentified time at Stroger Hospital of Cook County, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
He suffered gunshot wounds to the buttocks, abdomen and legs, according to police.
