"It's definitely an unbelievable feeling just being up there," Rose told Crain's. "The view is nice and I don't take it for granted. It's a blessing."
Andrew Glatz, president of Chicago-based brokerage Crown Heights Realty, says Rose's unit has a nearly panoramic view of the city.
"He got one of the top four units in the building," Glatz told Crain's. "For a guy who's 23 and living a bachelor life, I can't imagine a better bachelor pad."
One of Rose's new neighbors is Blackhawks winger Patrick Kane, who also owns a unit in Trump Tower.
Rose recently signed a five-year $95 million extension with the Bulls and a 14-year, $260 million extension with Adidas.
