2 Potential Sandusky Jurors Show Up To Court Wearing Penn State T-Shirts

(WSCR) As the 220 Centre County residents who make up the jury pool for the child sexual abuse case against former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky assembled this morning, two potential jurors stood out.

That's because the pair, a young man and woman, were wearing Penn State t-shirts, according to a report.

One employee of Penn State was also spotted, but Judge John Cleland told jurors any affiliation with Penn State won't preclude them from serving on the jury. Instead, they will be questioned about their roles at the university.

The potential jurors received a talk from Cleland in which he explained the significance of their service.

"I need you to all have an open mind," he said. "This defendant is charged with sexual abuse of children."
