Man Shot In South Shore Gangway
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was shot late Saturday in the South Shore neighborhood.
The 25-year-old man was walking through a gangway about 10:20 p.m. in the 8200 block of South Jeffery Boulevard when he heard several gunshots, according to police News Affairs.
The man then realized he had been shot in the side, police said.
He was taken in stable condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
Area South detectives are investigating, but no arrests were made Sunday morning.
