Police Seek To Identify Woman Who Doesn't Know Her Name

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police are trying to identify a woman who was brought to St. Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center in the Englewood neighborhood on June 30, and did not know her name.

The woman was taken to the hospital by police after officers found her at 67th Street and Langley Avenue, on the cusp of the West Woodlawn and Park Manor neighborhoods.

The woman was unable to give her name or any other information to police or hospital staff. Thus, she is only identified as Jane Doe.

The woman is described as 35 years old and African-American, with brown eyes, black hair with blonde highlights, a light complexion, and a tattoo on her right ring finger.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police Area South Special Victims Unit, at (312) 747-8274.
