Cops Seek 2 Men For Sexually Assaulting Woman On West Side

CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two suspects are being sought for forcing a woman into a vehicle and sexually assaulting her on the West Side early Saturday.

The two men drove up to the woman in the 1200 block of South Avers Avenue between midnight and 1 a.m. and forced her into the rear seat of a four-door red vehicle, according to an alert from Area Central detectives.

The men then drove to the area of West 21st Street and South California Avenue where one of the men sexually assaulted the woman before fleeing the scene, the alert said.

The first suspect is described as Black with a dark complexion, 25-26, 6-feet-1 to 6-feet-2, 210-230 pounds with a black fade hairstyle and a physical impairment to the right eye, the alert said.

The second suspect and driver is described as Black, 30, 5-foot-8, 175-180, with a tattoo on the lower right arm and right wrist with stars and an unknown name, the alert said.
