DES PLAINES, Ill. (CBS) — Des Plaines Mayor Marty Moylan has a suggestion for the next Olympics in 2014 –have Hart, Schaffner & Marx make those uniforms at its Des Plaines factory.

President Obama also wore a Hartmarx suit at his inauguration.
This year’s Team USA Olympic uniforms are being made in China. Ralph Lauren and his American-based company Polo designed the red, white and blue outfits, but outsourced production of the clothing.READ MORE: Stimulus Check Latest: Is A Fourth Relief Payment Coming?
But Lauren, the official outfitter has promised that the uniforms will be made in the USA for the 2014 Winter Games.
Mayor Moylan says Hart, Schaffner & Marx is the answer, and is urging Lauren to “make a commitment now,” the Daily Herald reported.
