(WSCR) After a brief stint on the disabled list, White Sox pitcher Gavin Floyd appears to be ready to make his return.

According to Mark Gonzales of the Chicago Tribune, Floyd’s bullpen session Friday went as expected, and the right-hander could pitch as soon as Monday.

“I’m ready to go,” Floyd told Gonzales.

In addition, third baseman Kevin Youkilis is back in the White Sox lineup after missing Thursday’s series finale in Boston with a tight hamstring. Youkilis will bat second and play third base.
