Man Accused Of Recording Girlfriend, Underage Sister In Bathroom On iPod

CROWN POINT, Ind. (CBS) - A Hammond, Ind., man is accused of using his iPod to spy on his girlfriend and her underage sister in their bathroom.

Chaz Fiscus, 22, stands charged with two counts of voyeurism, after the 21-year-old woman and her 17-year-old sister found the iPod hidden in the bathroom of their Hammond home.

Fiscus is in his girlfriend's home daily, prosecutors said.

Police obtained a search warrant and found images of one victim in the shower and watched footage of Fiscus hiding the iPod behind a grate in the bathroom, near the bathtub and in other locations.

The teenage girl said she discovered the iPod, which she recognized as Fiscus', and watched a video of herself in the tub before she deleted it.

The charges are punishable by a maximum three-year sentence.
