CHICAGO (STMW) — A boater helped rescue a man in the Chicago River on Wednesday afternoon in the Loop.
The Fire Department responded about 2:40 p.m. to a report of a person in the river near North State Street and East Wacker Drive, Fire Media Affairs said.
