Dad Accused Of Threatening To Kill Daughter's Volleyball Coach

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A suburban man has been charged with felony harassment--and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct--in an incident involving his daughter's volleyball team.

The Daily Herald reports 61-year-old John Kasik is accused of threatening to kill Lisle High School volleyball coach Matt Hrubesky and rape his wife and daughter.

It allegedly happened after Kasik's daughter was benched during a regional playoff match last week.

Kasik is also accused of repeatedly bumping the Lisle High School Athletic Director Dan Dillard during a meeting on the incident the following day.

He's now out on a $30,000 cash bond.
