Alert Issued For Missing 16-Year-Old Girl

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Police have issued a missing persons alert for a 16-year-old Lawndale neighborhood girl who was last seen two weeks ago.

Natalie Barrera is missing from the 2800 block of South Christiana Avenue, according to the alert. She was last seen on Nov. 4. She may frequent the area of Drake and Homan from 24th to 26th Street, and she has been seen in front of Farragut High School, at 23rd and Christiana.

She is a 5-foot, 1-inch tall, approximately 137-pound Hispanic girl with black hair, brown eyes and a light complexion.

When she was last seen, she was wearing black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and black and white Air Jordan gym shoes.

If anyone sees her they are asked to call 911 or Area Central Detectives, at (312) 747-8380.
