CHICAGO (CBS) — Signs marking the location of a fatal accident may soon go up around Cook County.

Signs, purchased by the families of those killed by a driver under the influence, will include their loved one’s name and accident date, along with the words, “Please Don’t Drink And Drive.”READ MORE: Chicago Weather: Brief Warm Up Is On The Way, Snow Showers Return
The memorial markers cost $150.
Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle sees the benefit as two-fold.
