The Maiden And The Huntsman Recipe
The recipe for The Maiden and the Huntsman is as follows:
2 oz Campo de Encanto Pisco
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz pear/caraway nectar
.5 drops of Angostura Bitters
1/8 oz Pernod Absinthe
1.0 oz sparkling wine
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a mixing glass, ice and shake till well chilled, add sparkling wine, stir and strain into a coupe glass.
