(CBS) It was quite the journey for 32-year-old Adam Scott to win his first major title.

After defeating Angel Cabrera on the second hole of a playoff at Augusta National on Sunday, Scott became the first Australian to win the Masters.

With the rain starting to pour, Scott, covered in his green jacket, stood with his arms stretched wide in front of a flurry of cameras ready to capture this historic moment.
