(CBS) After Duncan Keith's controversial comments last night, The McNeil and Spiegel Show drafted their favorite females in sports media during Tuesday's show.

Looks, intelligence and overall what they bring to a broadcast played into the picks. Kerry Sayers was kind enough to draft with the guys, as well.
