Peavy Out With Back Spasms, Santiago To Start
(CBS) White Sox veteran right-hander Jake Peavy will miss his start tonight against Texas due to back spasms.
Hector Santiago will start in place of Peavy, as the White Sox look to take the series against the Rangers.
Santiago will be working on regular rest after throwing 87 pitches in a relief appearance on Saturday against the Rays.
