Motorcyclist Killed In Crash On Dan Ryan
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A motorcyclist was killed after crashing his motorcycle into construction equipment on the Dan Ryan Expressway Saturday morning, authorities said.
Eric Leathers, of Huntsville, Ala., was riding his motorcycle in the northbound lanes of the Dan Ryan near 87th Street when the crash occurred, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.
The 47-year-old was pronounced dead at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County at 9 a.m., a representative from the medical examiner's office said.
