Underage Justin Bieber Booted From Chicago Nightclub

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Justin Bieber's problems in Chicago just don't stop.

After creating a dust-up for stepping on the sacred Chicago Blackhawks locker room logo, he was booted out of a 21-and-over nightclub this week.

Bieber, 19, was partying inside the Bodi nightclub on Tuesday night. TMZ reports that he was drinking, but Chicago police would not immediately confirm that information.

The pop star performed at the United Center on Tuesday.

Police were called, and Bieber was told to leave.

The club in the 800 block of North Orleans in River North, was issued a ticket for knowing a minor was inside the establishment.

A club representative tried to avoid a CBS 2 camera on Thursday and told reporter Dorothy Tucker that Bieber was never inside--although the club itself tweeted out a picture.

A spokesman with the Chicago Department of Consumer Protection confirmed Bieber was inside the club.

The ticket could cost Bodi up to $1,000.

Also Wednesday, Bieber spoke with former President Bill Clinton and apologized after a video surfaced showing him urinating in a New York restaurant mop bucket and later yelling "---k Bill Clinton!" outside a club.
