Dodgers Unveil New Trick To Keep Ballpark Beer Cold

(CBS) Ever spend $8 on a beer at a baseball game only to have the hot summer sun warm the beer before you could finish it?

Well, the Los Angeles Dodgers have implemented a new system that should solve that problem.

Developed by Kirin, a Japanese beer company, the Dodgers will now offer frozen foam to be served on top of draft beer in an attempt to keep your beer even colder for a longer period of time.

According to Food Beast, the foam is served at 23 degrees Fahrenheit and keeps beers cold for up to 30 minutes.

So, if you're ever at Dodger Stadium on a hot summer day and have $10 to spare, you can check it out.

Check out a video detailing the frozen foam below!
