The 19-year-old victim’s estranged boyfriend confessed to killing the woman, sources tell CBS 2.
He confessed at the hospital while he was treated for cuts all over his hands, the sources said.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office declared the death a homicide and said the woman’s remains were found in some type of plastic container. The victim had been stabbed.

While the remains were found in River Forest, Chicago Police are leading the death investigation.
