Bears Waive DT Zach Minter

(CBS) It wasn't all smiles for the Bears at Halas Hall on Tuesday morning, following their 27-20 defeat of the Packers on Monday Night Football.

Undrafted rookie defensive tackle Zach Minter learned he had been waived by the team following the win.

The move seemingly clears a sport for veteran defensive lineman Jay Ratliff.

Minter, who played college ball at Montana State, appeared in two games for the Bears this season.
