Two Found Dead In West Pullman Home

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man and woman were found dead early Monday inside their home in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

Haristien Lacy, 86, and Veronica Lacy, 55, were both found unresponsive inside a home about 4 a.m. in the 11500 block of South Ada Street, according to police and the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

Both of them lived in the home, the medical examiner's office said.

Police said there was no apparent trauma to either body.

Autopsies will be conducted Tuesday, the medical examiner's office said.

Area South detectives are conducting a death investigation.
