(CBS) At some point, Reds outfielder Billy Hamilton will stop being a novelty. We’ll be used to his all-world speed and won’t think much of it.

Less than a month into his first major league season, that day’s just not here yet.

In a rare sight that perhaps only he could achieve, Hamilton went first-to-third last night against the Pirates on a chopper back to the mound. And he was easily safe at third, leading to a Cincinnati run that was recorded without a hit.
