Bears Pick QB David Fales In 6th Round

(CBS) The Chicago Bears selected San Jose State quarterback David Fales with their first pick in the sixth round.

Fales threw for 4,189 yards, 33 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in his senior season. The Bears selected Fales with the 183rd overall pick in the draft.

David Fales and Derek Carr were the only two FBS players to pass for more than 4,000 yards in both 2012 and 2013.
