Boy, 15, Accidentally Shoots Himself In The Foot
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 15-year-old boy shot himself in the foot early Tuesday morning in the South Shore neighborhood.
Police said the boy was standing on the sidewalk in the 7600 block of South Colfax Avenue, holding a gun, when he accidentally shot himself in the foot around 12:15 a.m.
The teenager was taken to the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
It was unclear if the boy would face any charges.
