Doctor's Fondling Victim Grateful Physician Has Lost His License

(CBS) – She stood up to her doctor – a man she trusted, who she says took advantage.

Now, she says, justice is served.

CBS 2's Mike Parker has more on the victim and her doctor, who is now convicted of fondling her.

November 2011: Stacy Rowland was being treated for a serious flare-up of her multiple sclerosis.

Her doctor, at Advocate Christ Medical Center, was Rajat Prakash.

As she lay in her hospital bed, she says, he fondled her and forced her to fondle him.

"He did terrible things. I just felt so violated," Rowland says.

Now, Prakash has pleaded guilty, not only for what he did to her, but also to another incident. He admitted luring another female patient into his SUV and sexually assaulting her.

He's been sentenced to a year's probation, supervision and court fines, and his license has now been suspended by the state of Illinois.

She feels justice was served.
