Two Hurt In Dan Ryan Hit-And-Run Crash
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Two people were hurt in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday morning on the Dan Ryan Expressway on the South Side.
The two-car crash happened in the southbound lanes of I-90/94 at 26th Street about 6:30 a.m., according to Illinois State Police.
One of the drivers involved ran off after the crash, abandoning their vehicle, state police said.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to University of Chicago Hospital, police said. A passenger in that vehicle also suffered minor injuries and was taken to Rush Hospital where they were treated and released.
