View: Jay Cutler Is On SI Cover With Matt Stafford
(CBS) If a thrashing at the hands of the Seahawks wasn't a bad enough omen last week, worried Bears fans now have another development to overreact to.
Quarterback Jay Cutler is gracing the regional cover of this week's Sports Illustrated, which is of course well known for creating a cover jinx. Cutler is featured on the cover along with Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford under the headline "Where Did All The Gunslingers Go? The NFC, That's Where".

Before anyone rues a potential cover jinx, it should be noted that eight NFC quarterbacks are featured on the regional covers this week. Also in the spotlight are Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, Nick Foles, Tony Romo, Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson.
So you can just keep that argument of complaint in your back pocket.
