(CBS) A 2-3 start to the season by the Bears is wearing on everyone.

After a 31-24 loss at Carolina on Sunday, Chicago defensive end Lamarr Houston took to Twitter to both voice his frustrations at Bears fans giving him flak and to tell everyone that there’s a lot of season left. Houston’s strongest comment was telling the Bears fans who are wavering in their belief to “eat dirt.”

After being one of the big-money signings by the Bears in the offseason, Houston’s had a really slow start to the season. Through five games, he has just five tackles and zero sacks. He didn’t record a quarterback hit Sunday, either.
