The person looked through the home’s window, walked back to the car and grabbed something.

He then walked to the porch and shot into the home, striking a man inside, according to the source.

The 24-year-old man was shot in the left thigh and was taken to South Shore Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.

The passenger got back into the vehicle, which fled the scene, according to the source.
