WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) — New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is beginning the year with a victory lap for fellow Republican governors.
Christie, who is seriously weighing a run for president, will attend Maryland GOP Gov.-elect Larry Hogan’s swearing-in ceremony.READ MORE: Eviction Moratorium: What Happens To Renters When The CDC Ban Expires?
Hogan spokeswoman Erin Montgomery said Christie will attend the event on January 21.
Christie will also attend Florida Gov. Rick Scott’s second inaugural in Florida next week.

Later this month, he’ll attend the Iowa Freedom Summit, a gathering of conservative activists.
He’s also scheduled to speak Feb. 12 at the 8th Annual Northwest Suburban Republican Lincoln Day Dinner in Illinois.
