CBS 2 To Broadcast Feb. 10 Mayoral Debate

(CBS) – CBS 2 will co-sponsor a Feb. 10 debate in the Chicago mayoral race.

The event, to be broadcast live, begins at 6 p.m. at the DuSable Museum of African American History, 740 E. 56^th Place. The other sponsors are the Chicago Urban League, the Business Leadership Council and WVON radio.

Scheduled to attend are incumbent Mayor Rahm Emanuel and opponents Bob Fioretti, 2nd Ward alderman; Jesus "Chuy" Garcia, a Cook County commissioner, and businessman Willie Wilson.

The municipal election is Feb. 24. If a candidate gets more than 50 percent of the vote, he wins the election. Otherwise, the top two vote-getters advance to a runoff on April 7.
