(CBS) -- A Naperville man has officially claimed the largest prize in Illinois Lottery history, reports WBBM's Lisa Fielding.

70-year-old Jesus Davila Jr., a retired father of four, says he plays the lottery every day, so he was shocked and thrilled that it finally paid off.

"You can't win if you don't play," Davila said. "I am just a regular Joe and I am glad I hit it."

He was presented with a ceremonial oversized check in the amount of $265 million. He chose the lump sum, so after taxes he will receive $126.8 million.

Davila, who moved to the U.S. from Puerto Rico when he was six, says he will share the money with his family, do a little investing, buy a big home with a big yard and a big riding mower and continue playing the lottery.

The ticket was bought at Bucky's Express in Glendale Heights, which received $500,000 for selling the winning ticket.
