Police Asking For Help Identifying Young Girl Found In Prospect Heights

(CBS) -- The Cook County Sheriff's office is asking for the public's help in identifying a girl found Tuesday evening in a forest preserve in Prospect Heights.

The sheriff's office says the 3 or 4 year old's first name may be Aaliyah or Allea and was found at about 6:30 p.m. near Milwaukee Avenue and Palatine Road.

The girl is about 2 and a half feet tall and weighs about 30 pounds and was found wearing a gray, pink and purple top, blue pants with a purple bow on the front, blue socks and yellow Crocs shoes.
