(STMW) — A 20-year-old west suburban sophomore at the University of Colorado who went missing from his Boulder apartment for more than a week has returned, according to his family.

Western Springs native Tyler Allen had last been seen April 11 and communicated with friends via text message April 16, according to a missing person alert from Boulder, Colo., police.

He has returned to Boulder, according to a Sunday morning post by his family on the “Find Tyler Now” Facebook page.

Boulder police could not immediately be reached for more details.
