(CBS) When the puck drops Wednesday in Game 1 at Amalie Arena, the Blackhawks will be playing in the Stanley Cup Final for the third time in the past six seasons.

With that comes the expectations as well, as the Blackhawks are clear favorites to defeat the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Bovada has tabbed Chicago at -140 on the money line to win the series, while Vegas Insider has the Blackhawks at -160 (meaning you’d have to bet $140 or $160 to get that and $100 back). Tampa Bay has been tabbed at -120 and -140 by those two sites, respectively.

At the United Center, Chicago beat Tampa, 3-2, in a shootout in November, while the Lightning were 4-0 winners in a late February contest that was the second the Blackhawks played after Patrick Kane suffered a broken clavicle. The Lightning finished with 108 regular-season points to the Blackhawks’ 102, so they have home-ice advantage.

Bovada has also released odds on players to win the Conn Smythe Trophy as the MVP of the playoffs. Here’s a look:

Jonathan Toews: 7/2
Tyler Johnson: 4/1
Patrick Kane: 9/2
