Former Manager At Rosebud Files Age Discrimination Suit Against Restaurant
(CBS) -- A former manager of the original Rosebud restaurant on Taylor street is suing the chain for age discrimination.
It's the third discrimination case brought against Rosebud by attorney Eugene Hollander.
The first two cases involved pregnancy discrimination and they were settled for an undisclosed amount.

Daniel Miller who managed the Taylor Street location for over 25 years was let go in October of 2013, Miller alleges he was replaced with a much younger employee he'd been training.
Hollander says Miller was 71 at the time of his dismissal.
"We're seeking back wages, front pay and attorney's fees for his discharge," he said.
Hollander says Miller also filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Rosebud Restaurants issued a statement in response saying, "Rosebud Restaurants has a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination of any type. Mr. Miller's employment ended due to legitimate business reasons unrelated to any of his allegations. We look forward to presenting our case in court and are confident that the integrity of our employment practices will be proven through this process."
