(CBS) — The Chicago Blackhawks have traded goalie Antti Raanta to the New York Rangers for forward Ryan Haggerty, the team announced Saturday.
In 14 games with the Blackhawks last season, the 26-year-old Raanta posted a 7-4-1 record, including a shutout, to go along with a .936 save percentage and 1.89 goals-against-average.
Haggerty, 22, scored 15 goals and had 18 assists with the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL last season.
