(CBS) The Bulls will once again be a part of the NBA’s biggest regular-season showcase.
Chicago will be on the road to face the Oklahoma City Thunder on Christmas Day, according to The Oklahoman. The tip time hasn’t been reported yet.
It will mark the sixth straight season that the Bulls play on Christmas Day, a stretch in which they’ve gone 3-2. Last season, Chicago topped the Los Angeles Lakers at the United Center on Dec. 25.
The game will feature no shortage of intrigue with stars like Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Derrick Rose, as well as Chicago’s Fred Hoiberg and Oklahoma City’s Billy Donovan in their first seasons on the NBA sidelines after their successful college tenures.
The full NBA schedule is expected to be released this week.
